Our Desert Tortoise Head Start program is expanding into Eagle Canyon, creating an exciting new opportunity for guests to experience conservation in action.  Through thoughtfully designed viewing areas, visitors will enjoy an up-close look at every stage of care from eggs in the incubator and newly hatched tortoises to daily feedings, veterinary checkups, and hands-on health care such as examinations, injections, and blood draws.  This immersive experience offers a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into the dedicated work supporting the future of this iconic desert species.  Your monthly donation will help with renovation and continued care.
